Shipping and Returns
Local Pickup
For customers located closer we offer local pickup at our store/studio. Once your order is completed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time, as the studio operates by appointment. This option allows you to save on shipping costs and get your unique items even faster!
Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS flat rate, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please note that production and shipping times can vary. While some items may be made already most are made to order so, new or bulk orders may require a production time of 1-3 weeks. If your item is already made, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges & Returns
Since all items at Shop Siegel Studio are custom made to order, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges unless there are special circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Do you ship your products or is it pick-up only?
We offer both shipping and local pick-up options! During checkout, you can select your preferred method. Pick-up is available at our Stevens Point, Wisconsin location.
Are your items vintage or thrift flips?
While we occasionally incorporate vintage elements, most of our items are newly handcrafted using both new and upcycled materials. Any vintage or thrifted components will be clearly noted in the product description.
Can I request a custom or personalized item?

Welcome to Siegel Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at shopsiegelstudio.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of our handmade goods. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Handmade Products Disclaimer
All products sold by Siegel Studio are handmade. Due to the nature of handmade items:
- Variations in color, size, texture, and appearance are normal
- Product photos are representative but not exact
- Minor imperfections are not considered defects
These characteristics are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as product flaws.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities per customer
- Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions
If an order is canceled, any payment received will be refunded.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We are not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider. Sales tax will be collected when required under Wisconsin law or other applicable tax regulations.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Under Wisconsin Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) provisions:
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law
- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only if agreed upon.
- Requests must be made within 7 business days
- Items must be unused and in original condition
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
